In the kingdom of chess, the knight is swift
He rides on a horse with a graceful drift.
With L-shape moves, he jumps oh so sly,
Capturing foes with a daring try.

Like a sneaky spy, he hides his true scar.
Black or white, he dances in glee,
Unpredictable moves, that's how he'll be.
