Terms and Conditions:
1. The instructor is responsible for the safety of participants from the moment the participant is admitted to classes until the end of classes.
2. In the event of cancellation of classes, an SMS message will be sent to the guardian as soon as possible.
3. It is allowed to conduct classes at a time other than that specified in the schedule, after informing all group members in advance, and only for important reasons.
4. Classes last 45 minutes.
5. The instructor provides the participant with personalized exercise books with tasks to solve.
6. Classes will be conducted with each participant taking into account his or her level of advancement, skills and level of development.
7. Each participant will be individually assessed and motivated, based on individual learning progress: stickers, medals and cups.
8. In addition to solving tasks in exercise books, participants will also conduct direct exercises during classes chess duels among themselves under the supervision of an instructor. Participants will gradually learn the rules of the game (the Polish Chess Federation and FIDE code).
9. As part of the fee for classes, the Intelligent Academy organizes intra-school or inter-school tournaments(at least one per semester), for which we do not charge any fees.We provide professional organization, chess equipment (chess boards, pieces, clocks), a judge and prizes.Some tournaments will be registered with the Polish Chess Federation. In the future, the participant will have the opportunity becoming a member of the Polish Chess Federation and gaining chess categories (PZSzach ranking).Each tournament is included in the fee for chess classes.
10. The group consists of at least 8 people.If one or more people resign from chess classes in a group of 8 people, the group may be dissolved or increasing the price (with the consent of all guardians).
- The monthly price of classes is fixed and amounts to PLN 150. This fee includes the costs incurred by the Intelligent Academy in organizing chess tournaments. A one-time semester fee entitles you to attend classes until the end of the school year.
- When a participant joins a class in a month with less than 4 classes left, the first payment must be made by the end of the same month, in the amount of 50% of the regular monthly fee.
11. In case of absence from classes, the participant has the opportunity to work on the material from a given exercise book at home,in which he is interested. Special lessons are prepared in electronic form (video) for each exercise book (each stage).To receive them, please contact info@networkchessschool.com no later than two weeks after the participant's absence.The participant also has the opportunity to appear at classes at a different time (if there are more groups at school) or at another nearby school if we run classes in the area.
12. 13. In the event of resignation from participation in classes, the monthly fee paid is not refundable, except for situations when it has been paid for the entire semester - in this case, the fee for each full, unused month will be refunded,without deducting any other fees and costs.Please inform us about your cancellation of classes by e-mail to info@networkchessschool.com
14. The user has no right to reproduce, copy, forward or use the materials from the exercise book and videos made available to participants (in whole or in part).All training materials are protected by copyright.
15. Any disturbing signals during classes, comments regarding the instructor's work, as well as other information Please send information provided by participants to info@networkchessschool.com providing the city, school number and date of classes. Participants' satisfaction with classes is our priority.
16. These regulations may be changed. The Administrator will inform users (legal guardians) about significant changes to the regulations via SMS or an e-mail will be sent, in accordance with the data provided in the declaration of participation on the website akademiaintelligenta.pl/deklaracja
Final Provisions
In matters not regulated, the provisions of law apply.
